After working for over 9 years as a subcontractor for some of the largest Georgia's flooring companies Luis Rodriguez-Marquez our founder understood that was the right time to start his own company. The experience of being on all levels of the relationship between company and client gave Luis the unique chance to observe all points for improvement to make this relationship a perfect and enjoyable experience for both parties.

The highlight of this is to understand this relationship as being of three parts. Besides the two obvious parts (company and client) a fundamental part that is neglected by most companies, that part is the workers, people who actually take the tools and do the job. If the customer pays a fair price for the service provided but the company is not fair in the payment and treatment of workers, surely something is going to fail in this relationship.
